FAST understands the anxiety and frustration families experience when they’re loved one is exploited. We can relate to not understanding the process of getting your loved one home, or what the life of sexual exploitation is all about. It is our goal to lend an ear, answer questions, provide consultation and provide guidance for families at their time of need. For this very reason we have a family support line and email response team. If you have questions or concerns please contact our family support team during business hours, or leave a message 24/7 and someone will contact you within 24 hours. If you have an emergency and are in need of immediate assistance, please contact the Human Trafficking Hotline 888-3737-888.

Family Consultation

FAST provides consultation to families that suspect their loved one is involved in sexual exploitation. We assist families in identifying the signs of sexual exploitation, while working together with the family and other agencies to create a safe and empowering exit plan for the survivor.

Family Advocacy

Oftentimes families have no clue on how to identify, report, or respond to sexual exploitation and that is where FAST aims to fill the gap, by educating families on the indicators of sexual exploitation and how to effectively address them. If a family member is under the age of 18, and has been confirmed as being involved in sexual exploitation, they are automatically identified as a victim. For adults 18 and over, the elements of force, fraud, and coercion must be present, which can sometimes deter family members from reporting. In some cases, families are in need of support while they wait for their loved one to make the decision to receive help – we understand and have family partners tO walk through the process with families in need of support.

Online Family Support Groups

Family support groups are held via internet once a month. Families are provided an atmosphere of support, understanding and education on many subjects addressing sexual exploitation. Questions are answered and resources provided.

Phenomenal Families Empowerment Days

Once a month FAST provides a day dedicated to fun and empowerment for families. Events includes movies, picnics, game days, family competition days and events that give back to the less fortunate. Families endure trauma, relocation, emotional distress and separation due to their experience with exploitation, so these days are dedicated to allow families to just be family.

Phenomenal Families Intervention Program

This program is designed to empower family survivors of sexual exploitation. Our programs are 12-24 weeks depending on the need of the family.

Included in the program is Case management, 10-week Family Exploitation Course, family support groups, trauma-informed yoga for families, Phenomenal Families Empowerment Days, advocacy, referrals, and resources as needed.

ARE YOU TIRED OF PROSTITUTION? DO YOU WANT OUT OF “The Life”? IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW IS INVOLVED IN ANY FORM OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION/PROSTITUTION, AND IS NEED OF SOMEONE TO TALK TOO, OR INFORMATION ABOUT EXITING “THE LIFE’ CALL OR TEXT (714) 623-7427. OUR TRAINED SURVIVOR MENTORS ARE HERE FOR SUPPORT.

Survivor Advocacy

FAST provides survivor advocacy to those involved in sexual exploitation,as well as survivors of exploitation. We provide consultation to those who are trying to exit prostitution and those who are in need of support, court advocacy, and resources after exiting. We offer support groups and survivor advocates for survivors of sexual exploitation.

We are here to listen and not to judge those who are still involved in exploitation. It is important to allow survivors the opportunity to accept empowerment at their own pace, but also provide an atmosphere that mirrors support, understanding, structure, and hope.

Survivor Education

FAST offers a 10- week Sexual Exploitation Course that can be facilitated 1 on 1, or in a group. This course examines the mind control elements of sexual exploitation, while using video with survivors that have overcome the life of exploitation to share their experiences before, during and after “the life”.

Survivor Mentors

FAST has partnered with survivor leaders across the U.S. to provide survivor advocacy to those involved in sexual exploitation and to survivors in need of survivor support. We believe that it is through partnerships and networking that we can create a platform of empowerment throughout the U.S. for survivors of sexual exploitation.

Online Survivor Support Groups

Our online survivor support groups are held monthly. These groups were created to provide an atmosphere of fun, understanding, networking, information and support. For information or for group days check out our monthly calendar.
